Privacy & Data Protection
Redivivis is operated by Redivivis OÜ (Estonia) and Redivivis Limited (Nigeria). This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have. We collect only the information needed to manage Portal account access, quote and order requests, KYC review, invoices, delivery, payments, warranty and RMA support.
What we collect
- Account and contact details — name, business, email, phone, and the city or state you operate from.
- Quote and order information — the products, quantities and specifications you request, and the related correspondence.
- KYC and identity information — business identity, invoice identity, delivery identity and payment identity, only as far as needed to confirm a legitimate transaction.
- Transaction records — invoices, payments, deliveries, and warranty or RMA history.
- Website data — basic analytics (via Google Analytics), such as pages viewed and approximate region, used to improve the site.
What we never ask for
We will never ask for your BVN, card PIN, OTP, online-banking password or private bank login. If anyone claiming to be Redivivis asks for these, stop and contact us — it is not us.
Why we process your data
- To perform our contract with you — quoting, invoicing, delivery, warranty and support.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations in Nigeria and the EU.
- For our legitimate interests — securing transactions, preventing fraud, and running and improving our business.
Who can access your data
Access is limited to authorised Redivivis staff for sales, admin, finance, KYC, delivery and support. We also use trusted service providers (for example payment processing, secure hosting, email and analytics) who process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards. Customer KYC data is never published in public stocklists.
International transfers
Redivivis operates between the European Union and Nigeria, so your data may be processed in both regions and by our service providers. Where data moves between regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards and use it only for the purposes described here.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet business, tax, warranty, audit and compliance obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Device data and secure wiping
Every storage-bearing device we handle is securely wiped — or, where required, physically destroyed — before resale, so no previous user data remains. Where you sell devices to us, wipe or destruction handling can be agreed as part of intake.
Security
We apply access controls, role-based permissions and secure systems to protect personal data, and limit access to staff who need it for their role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to strengthen our controls over time.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including Nigeria’s data-protection law (the Nigeria Data Protection Act) and, where relevant, the EU GDPR — you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses limited analytics (Google Analytics) to understand general usage and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
