Data Protection Promise
We collect only the information needed to manage Portal account access, quote/order requests, KYC review, invoices, delivery, payments, warranty and RMA support.
- We do not ask for BVN, card PIN, OTP, online banking password or private bank login.
- Access is limited to authorised Redivivis staff for sales, admin, finance, KYC, delivery and support.
- Customer KYC data is not published in public stocklists.
- Records are kept for business, tax, warranty, audit and compliance purposes.
