Warranty Terms

Every unit we sell is tested, securely wiped and graded before it leaves us. These terms explain exactly what our warranty does and does not cover, so there are no surprises after you buy.

Standard warranty

Items bought at the listed (list) price carry a 3-month limited functional warranty covering functional faults under normal use, from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to the unit performing to its confirmed grade and specification.

How grade affects warranty

Each unit is sold at a confirmed grade (A – D, or Q by check). Cosmetic wear that is already part of the grade is not a fault. Grade A is very clean; B is good business condition; C is budget / wholesale; D is repair / parts. The grade is confirmed before your invoice.

Negotiated prices and as-is lots

Warranty reduces in step with any negotiated price reduction below the list price. Heavily discounted, clearance and trade lots may be sold as-is with reduced or no warranty. Whenever that applies, it is stated clearly on your invoice before you pay — you always know what you are buying.

Extended cover

Extended functional support is available as a paid add-on on selected items. Exact terms are confirmed in writing on your invoice before dispatch.

What is not covered

  • Liquid damage, physical misuse, drops or impact.
  • Unauthorised repair, tampering or swapped parts.
  • Incorrect or non-standard power supply.
  • Cosmetic wear already visible in the confirmed grade.
  • Consumables and wear items, including battery health and life.
  • Faults already disclosed in the quote or on the invoice.

Accessories

Accessories (chargers, adapters, caddies, cables) are covered only when listed on the invoice. Where an item is supplied without a charger or operating system, this is stated on the invoice.

Dead-on-arrival

If a unit is faulty on arrival, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order / invoice reference and the device serial or asset tag.

Remedy

Where a valid warranty fault is confirmed, our remedy is, at our option, repair, replacement, credit or refund, limited to the unit price of the affected unit. Indirect or consequential loss is excluded. To raise a claim, see our RMA process.
