Warranty Terms
Redivivis supplies tested, wiped and graded IT equipment. Standard warranty applies to functional faults under normal use within the confirmed warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover liquid damage, physical misuse, unauthorised repair, incorrect power supply, or cosmetic wear already visible in the grade.
- Accessories are covered only when listed on the invoice.
- RMA requires order/invoice reference and device identification where available.
