Standard Sales Terms

These terms apply to purchases made through the Redivivis portal. They are written to be clear and fair on both sides.

Prices

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Listed prices are indicative; the final grade and price are confirmed before your invoice is issued. Order value tiers apply: Retail (under ₦500,000), Wholesale (₦500,000 and above) and Project / Enterprise (₦5,000,000 and above).

Condition of goods

Our equipment is used / refurbished, tested, wiped and graded, and is sold by its confirmed specification and grade. We describe condition honestly; what you see confirmed on the invoice is what you receive.

Inspection and acceptance

You may inspect your items before release. Proceeding without inspection waives it. Acceptance is recorded before goods are released.

Orders, invoices and payment

Orders are confirmed by a Redivivis-issued invoice only. Payment in full is required before any goods are released. See our payment & invoice policy.

Trade and as-is lots

Clearance and trade lots are sold as-is, by written specification, to business buyers for resale. For these lots the only remedy is correction of a model or quantity mismatch against the specification; condition is not a basis for return.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or for disclosed condition, cosmetic grade or battery state. Functional faults are handled under our warranty terms and RMA process.

Liability and title

Our liability is limited to the unit price of the affected unit; indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Title to goods passes to you on payment in full.
